Randy Bichler

With a Bachelor of the Arts in Musical Theatre Performance from The University of Wisconsin, Randy is a former professional actor who has appeared on Broadway and in productions of Evita, Cats, and Phantom of the Opera.

Having lived in both New York and Chicago, Randy taught group exercise in both cities, carving out a niche for himself with step aerobics. Since then, he has served as the Group Fitness Director for Crunch Fitness, Gorilla Sports, Lakeshore Athletic Clubs and The Sweatshop in Chicago. He currently teaches classes at Equinox and Crunch in Chicago, IL. Randy holds several AFAA Certifications, and the ACE Group Fitness Certification.

Randy is a master trainer for Resist –a- Ball, Pilates Allegro, efi Sports Medicine® GRAVITY Training Systems™ and an athletic trainer for the World Champion Cavalier’s Drum and Bugle Corps. Along with the Institute of Human and Health Performance and the Cavaliers, Randy created an athletic training program and DVD available now to marching bands and drum and bugle corps worldwide.

As a personal trainer, Randy accepts clients with extreme needs. From severe scoliosis, shoulder replacements, limited spine flexibility and knee issues, he works directly with medical professionals to assist clients in their rehab utilizing his experience with the Gravity Training System™.
